In yoga class, we started learning anatomy, Lukas helps us to get to know all bones and muscles. We do workout to increase flexibility, strength, stability, and overall calmness and clarity, also how to avoid injuries and diseases.

yoga pattern

This year I went to Yoga school and learn for the yoga teacher. I'm so inspired by our teachers Temea and Kerli, and our team. Each weekend starts off with energizing morning practice in the Infra Yoga, waking up and tuning into yourself, alternating with a powerful Vinyasa Flow Yoga. 

Yoga is a series of stretches and poses that we do with breathing techniques. And since yoga is gentle, almost anyone can do it, regardless of age or fitness level. I like it so much!

vacation in Bulgaria

This summer I was on vacation in Bulgaria with my colleague. It is great place to get much of the sun, to swim in the sea, enjoy a tour to the Stone Desert, to see beautiful magnolias. We have got relax massages, walked in the evenings and enjoyed live music. I recommend the Golden Sands beach to visit :)
