This year I went to Yoga school and learn for the yoga teacher. I'm so inspired by our teachers Temea and Kerli, and our team. Each weekend starts off with energizing morning practice in the Infra Yoga, waking up and tuning into yourself, alternating with a powerful Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
Yoga is a series of stretches and poses that we do with breathing techniques. And since yoga is gentle, almost anyone can do it, regardless of age or fitness level. I like it so much!
